Stubborn Rescue Dog Transforms Into Globetrotting Superstar

Eli really helped us level up our dog training as we prepared to move abroad. Sebastian is a rescue I got at 6 months old and he had already developed some bad habits, though he learned all the basic "tricks" in a week. He's part Boxer with that high-energy personality and part Staffordshire Terrier / Pit so super strong, stubborn, and smart. Eli agreed he was one of the most difficult dogs he'd worked with. But Eli kept coming back with more ideas every time he witnessed one of our struggles (like short attention span and refusal to focus any longer).

The 4 months we trained with Eli was a game-changer. Although the collar we used in training is illegal in The Netherlands where we moved to, it helped tremendously getting us to the next level with Sebastian. It helped break Sebastian from his laser focus on everything but us! And we gained some valuable routines and "tricks" to help make Sebastian an amazing travel dog!
We're able to take Sebastian on trains and to cafes. He sits "under" our legs when we need him to, tucked out of the way. Brilliant. He listens to us now and can even heel on a normal leash!

We're now leveling up in our new home, continuing our training (since we don't have a backyard and there aren't "dog parks", but most dogs at the park are just off leash!!) We are SO incredibly grateful for Eli's help getting us to this point. My husband and I both created a stronger relationship with Sebastian, and Sebastian has learned to trust us more. A indispensable experience for us all. WE CAN'T THANK YOU ENOUGH ELI!!!!
